Australia Wide Delivery $13.95*

FREE Local Delivery*

Most items have a flat rate shipping Australia wide of $13.95, Australia Wide. Delivery costs are determined by weight, so bulkier or heavy items may incur additional charges. Flat rate shipping is based on standard or economy delivery times.

Local Delivery can be arranged with your order, and all local orders of $100 and above will be delivered FREE of CHARGE*

Express Shipping is not calculated when a product has flat rate shipping. If you need a product urgently, and that product has Flat rate shipping Australia wide charges, then contact us and we can calculate and let you know what the price difference will be.

A shipping cost calculator can be found on the checkout page.  You can choose standard or express delivery, with or without shipping insurance. 

Please note, that at times the shipping costs may vary to that calculated online. The shipping companies may impose a surcharge due to geographical location, actual parcel size or dimension. If this is the case, then you will not be charged until we will notify you of any changes, and you are happy to go ahead with the order.

Estimated delivery times

We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours of payment confirmation.  Standard shipping within Australia usually takes from 3 to 10 working days, depending on the delivery services available to your area. Express delivery is available, but again dependant on your location and access to services.  We use both Australia Post and Couriers to deliver our goods.

Any goods that are undeliverable, from the first attempt, will incur a $10.00 + GST administration fee. If you wish your order to be left without being signed for please put a note in the comment box at the checkout. In these circumstances, the goods will be left at your risk.

Use your own shipping

if you have a transport company that you use regularly, and wish to use them to pick up your goods, then simply pick 'custom' under shipping method on the checkout page, then click on 'Contact regarding own shipping', and tell us your arrangements. We will need the transport company's name and address, contact number, and contact name, and of course your full contact details.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship to international destinations outside of Australia.
