To place an order on this web site is a simple manner of browsing the products until you find what you are looking for. If a product can be purchased, an "Add to Cart" or "Purchase Button" will appear next to the product. By clicking this button you can add as many items as you like into your cart before clicking on a "Checkout" link or button to finalise your purchase. Our checkout is https secured.

You have several options on how you can pay for your purchase. They include
Credit Card:
We accept Visa Card and Master Card. We accept these details via our SECURE order page.
Direct Deposit:
Where we offer direct deposit as a payment option we will email you our direct deposit details on confirmation of your purchase. We will then await confirmation that your payment has been made before shipping your order.
Cheque:
We also offer the ability to pay by cheque or money order. Your order will not be shipped until your cheque has cleared.
Pay Pal:
You can also pay via PayPal for your purchase. You will be taken across to the PayPal site to enter your credit card details.
Our delivery charges are based on the amount, volume and value of you purchase as well as your delivery destination and preferred delivery method. Your delivery charges are calculated and shown to you at the checkout stage of your purchase.
Most items have a flat rate shipping Australia wide of $10.95, but bulkier or heavy items will incur additional charges. Flat rate shipping is based on standard or economy delivery times.
Please note, that at times the shipping costs may vary to that calculated online. The shipping companies may impose a surcharge due to geographical location, actual parcel size or dimension. If this is the case, then you will not be charged until we will notify you of any changes, and you are happy to go ahead with the order.
Delivery Time Frames
Our delivery turn around time ranges from 1 day to 7 days depending on your location. We process orders Monday to Friday and endeavour to ship the same day or the following day from when we receive your order.

Refunds: If you have made an incorrect choice, or the product you purchased is not suitable for what you intended, then we will refund the purchase price minus the shipping cost in the same form as you paid, i.e. Visa, Direct Deposit, etc. For example, if you made a purchase for $50.00 and the product cost $45.00 + $5.00 shipping, then you will be refunded $45.00.
Returns: To facilitate your product return, please contact us at returns@farmco.com.au, within 14 days of your purchase and advise that your product is unsuitable. You then have 14 days from return notification to send back your items. Once we receive your item, it will take approximately 7 days to process your refund.
Our requirements: We do ask that you return the product to us in its original condition, in the original packaging and POSTAGE PAID, that means it is your responsibility to pay for postage/shipping costs back to us. For Australia Post posted items, please keep the original packaging until you are satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem you can repack the item and write RETURN TO SENDER on the packaging. This will avoid additional postal charges to you.
*Please be aware that not all products can be refunded or exchanged (e.g. if a product has been specifically sourced for you).
If you have a problem with your purchase, then we want to know about it so we can rectify the situation. We are happy to replace your order or provide a full refund where the product did not arrive in new and working condition. We will honour the manufacturer’s warranty as stated on the product and assist you in making any warranty claims
